Our goal is to assist the business community of the Upper Tampa Bay area by offering to assess and evaluate their business needs and situation and developing practical recommendations and options in the form of plans and strategies. Additionally we offer turn-key services in writing and carrying out these plans & strategies.

Juan J. Fret is a seasoned manager with over 45 years of aggregate experience in credit, industrial and operations management. He is a college professor who teaches graduate and undergraduate accounting courses, with extensive business administration, mentoring, coaching, counseling as well as training and organizational development experience.

Served four years of active duty as Captain in the US Army. Awarded a Bronze Star from services in Vietnam.

Member of SCORE, the volunteer arm of the Small Business Administration, former chapter chair and district director. Received the SCORE Platinum Service Award.
